About Resonate Physiotherapy
Resonate Physiotherapy is a mobile clinic dedicated to improving access to high-quality, community-based physiotherapy in Sherwood Park and the surrounding area. Founded with a commitment to accessibility and patient-centered care, Resonate brings physiotherapy services directly to clients in their own environments.
Sarah, founder and lead physiotherapist, has recently established a non-profit organization focused on expanding access to neurological physiotherapy. At this time, all physiotherapy services are being offered through the non-profit, Neuro Centered.
About Sarah Pletsch
Sarah completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2009. Her career has been dedicated to neurological rehabilitation, with experience in both public and private healthcare settings. Through this work, she has developed clinical expertise in a wide range of conditions, including dystonia, functional neurological disorder, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Long COVID, and migraines.
In 2012, Sarah completed the Medical Acupuncture Program at the University of Alberta and has since continued to integrate a holistic, whole-body approach into her treatment plans.
More recently, her training in the Bradcliff Breathing Method™ has deepened her understanding of how breathing can support health, healing, and overall well-being—further enhancing her integrative approach to care.
